My day job requires me to spend at least some time each week on a helpdesk, so I have some idea of how it feels to be the person whom people get angry with when things don't work. But as a customer, I am still frustrated, and, yes, angry, when I am looking for assistance, and for some reason the answer isn't particularly helpful. Just to say that the matter has been resolved in the most satisfactory way possible - anger has dissolved (indeed I am now somewhat ashamed), to be replaced with appreciation.
